1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Deal. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Deal connects event organizers ("Producers") with suppliers ("Vendors") to publish service requests and submit offers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and be legally capable of entering into contracts.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to: (1) provide accurate and current information; (2) maintain the security of your account and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use; (3) use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms; (4) not engage in abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or illegal activities.
4. Service Changes
We may introduce features, charge fees, or modify terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud prevention, or security reasons. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Menu → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
6. Marketing & Updates
By accepting these terms, you consent to receive service announcements, product updates, promotional offers, and recommendations relevant to your activity via email, SMS, and in‑app notifications. You can manage or withdraw your marketing preferences at any time via your account settings or by using the unsubscribe options in our communications. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send essential transactional or service communications (e.g., security alerts).

1. הסכמה לתנאים
ברוכים הבאים ל‑Deal. בשימוש בשירות, הינך מאשר/ת כי קראת והסכמת לתנאי שימוש אלה. Deal מחברת בין מפיקי אירועים ("מפיקים") לבין ספקים ("ספקים") לצורך פרסום בקשות שירות והגשת הצעות.
2. כשירות
השימוש מיועד לבעלי כשירות משפטית מעל גיל 18 (או גיל הבגרות החל בדין החל).
3. אחריות המשתמש
הינך מתחייב/ת: (1) למסור פרטים מדויקים ומעודכנים; (2) לשמור על סודיות פרטי החשבון ולהודיע לנו מיד על שימוש בלתי מורשה; (3) לעשות שימוש בשירות בהתאם לדין ולתנאים; (4) שלא לבצע פעולות מטעות, פוגעניות, מפרות או בלתי חוקיות.
4. שינויים בשירות
אנו רשאים לעדכן תכונות, לגבות עמלות, או לשנות תנאים מעת לעת. נוכל להשעות או להפסיק גישה עקב הפרות, מניעת הונאה או מטעמי אבטחה. המשך שימוש לאחר שינויי תנאים ייחשב כהסכמה.
5. סיום
ניתן למחוק את החשבון בכל עת דרך האפליקציה (תפריט ← מחיקת חשבון). עם המחיקה, הפרופיל והמידע המשויך יוסרו בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות ולדין החל. אם אינך מסכים/מה לתנאים – חדל/י להשתמש בשירות.
6. שיווק ועדכונים
באישור תנאים אלה הינך מסכים/ה לקבל הודעות שירות, עדכוני מוצר, הצעות וקידומים הרלוונטיים לפעילותך באמצעות דוא"ל, SMS והתראות באפליקציה. ניתן לנהל או לבטל את העדפות השיווק בכל עת דרך הגדרות החשבון או באמצעות קישורי ההסרה בהודעות. ייתכן שנמשיך לשלוח הודעות שירות חיוניות (כגון התראות אבטחה) גם אם בחרת שלא לקבל דיוור שיווקי.
