Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and process personal data only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Deal. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

Account information: name, email, phone, profile photo, role (Producer / Vendor), business details.
Content you create: service requests, bids, messages (text, voice, images), and uploaded files.
Device & usage data: device type, OS, app version, push token, language, anonymized usage and crash logs.
Authentication data: tokens issued by sign-in providers (Apple, Google) and our authentication backend.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide core functionality (matching, messaging, notifications).
To secure your account and detect fraud or abuse.
To send service-related and (where you've consented) marketing communications.
To improve product quality and diagnose technical issues.

3. Service Providers

We rely on reputable infrastructure providers under appropriate agreements and safeguards, including Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push delivery), and Apple / Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal data.

4. Data Sharing

Profile information you mark as public is visible to other users on Deal. Otherwise, we share data only with service providers, when legally required, or with your consent.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, your profile and personal content are removed from active systems; some records may be retained briefly for backups, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Menu → Delete Account). This permanently removes your profile, requests, bids, messages, and uploaded files.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA where relevant), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email admin@deal-app.net.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logs). No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

9. Children

Deal is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

אנו מכבדים את פרטיותך ומעבדים מידע אישי רק לצורך הפעלה, אבטחה ושיפור של Deal. מסמך זה מסביר מה נאסף, כיצד הוא משמש אותנו, ומהן זכויותיך.

1. מידע שאנו אוספים

פרטי חשבון: שם, דוא"ל, טלפון, תמונת פרופיל, תפקיד (מפיק/ספק), פרטי עסק.
תוכן שאתה יוצר: בקשות שירות, הצעות, הודעות (טקסט, קול, תמונות) וקבצים שהועלו.
נתוני מכשיר ושימוש: סוג המכשיר, מערכת ההפעלה, גרסת האפליקציה, push token, שפה, ולוגים אנונימיים של שימוש וקריסות.
נתוני הזדהות: tokens שניתנים על ידי ספקי כניסה (Apple, Google) ושירות ההזדהות שלנו.

2. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

לאספקת הפונקציונליות המרכזית (התאמה, הודעות, התראות).
לאבטחת החשבון ולזיהוי הונאה או שימוש לרעה.
לשליחת תקשורת הקשורה לשירות, ותקשורת שיווקית במקרים בהם נתת הסכמה.
לשיפור איכות המוצר ולאבחון תקלות טכניות.

3. ספקי שירות

אנו נסמכים על ספקי תשתית מהימנים תחת הסכמים ואמצעי הגנה מתאימים, לרבות Supabase (אימות, מסד נתונים, אחסון), Apple Push Notification service ו‑Firebase Cloud Messaging (שליחת התראות), וכן Apple/Google (כניסה). איננו מוכרים מידע אישי.

4. שיתוף מידע

פרטי פרופיל המסומנים כציבוריים גלויים למשתמשים אחרים ב‑Deal. בשאר המקרים, נשתף מידע רק עם ספקי שירות, כאשר הדבר נדרש בדין, או בהסכמתך.

5. תקופת שמירה

אנו שומרים מידע ככל הנדרש למתן השירות ולעמידה בחובות הדין. עם מחיקת חשבונך, הפרופיל והתוכן האישי יוסרו ממערכות פעילות; חלק מהרשומות עשוי להישמר לפרק זמן קצר לצרכי גיבוי, מניעת הונאה או חובה משפטית.

6. מחיקת חשבון

ניתן למחוק את החשבון בכל עת דרך האפליקציה (תפריט ← מחיקת חשבון). פעולה זו מסירה לצמיתות את הפרופיל, הבקשות, ההצעות, ההודעות והקבצים שהועלו.

7. זכויותיך

בכפוף לדין החל (לרבות GDPR ו‑CCPA כאשר הם רלוונטיים), באפשרותך לבקש גישה, תיקון או מחיקה של מידע אישי. לפנייה: admin@deal-app.net.

8. אבטחה

אנו משתמשים באמצעי אבטחה מקובלים בתעשייה (הצפנה במעבר ובמנוחה, בקרות גישה, יומני ביקורת). אין מערכת בטוחה לחלוטין; אנא השתמש/י בסיסמה חזקה ודווח/י לנו מיד על גישה בלתי מורשית.

9. ילדים

Deal אינה מיועדת למשתמשים מתחת לגיל 18. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מקטינים.

10. שינויים במדיניות

ייתכן שנעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יישלחו באפליקציה או בדוא"ל. המשך שימוש לאחר העדכון מהווה הסכמה.
