- Open the Deal app on your device
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm

If you've already uninstalled the app
Send a deletion request to our support team and we'll process it within 30 days.
Email deletion request
Security requirement: For your protection, the deletion request must be sent from the exact email address associated with your Deal account. Requests from other addresses cannot be processed.
What gets deleted
- All personal data and account information
- Active bids and submitted offers
- Event requests and associated files
- Messages, notifications, and activity history
Upon deletion, all of the above is permanently purged from our servers and cannot be recovered. Questions? Contact us at admin@deal-app.net.

שלח/י בקשת מחיקה לצוות התמיכה שלנו ונטפל בה תוך 30 יום.

דרישת אבטחה: להגנתך, הבקשה חייבת להישלח מכתובת הדוא"ל המדויקת הרשומה בחשבון ה‑Deal שלך. בקשות שמגיעות מכתובות אחרות לא יוכלו להיות מטופלות.
